Where do you ship to?

We deliver to most countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

How do you ship your merchandise?

The majority of our packages are shipped using national or international priority service, depending on the point of departure, as we maintain stocks in a variety of locations (California, Japan, continental Europe). The parcels will be delivered by your local post organization. Smaller items to the US and Canada are shipped by express courier. Oversized items may be shipped by airfreight, sea or ground transportation.

How do I know that the order has been shipped?

Once the order has been shipped you will by informed by e-mail. We will let you know the package number, transportation company if applicable, and all information to track the parcel.

Can I track and trace my shipment?

Postal service or couriers offer the possibility of tracking and tracing shipments. We will provide you with the tracking number in order for you to follow your shipment.

What if my shipment is damaged?

We do our best to protect the items we ship as well as possible, and we insure all of our shipments. If a package is clearly damaged when delivered please open the package in the presence of the transporter. If the items are damaged notify the transportation company right away. Please let us know within 7 days and send us digital images of the package and the damage products as proof. Based on the information provided we will replace the damaged product or send replacement parts.

Currency conversion rates

The currency conversion rates are a guide for your convenience only. You will be charged in your local currency based on the price displayed on our site. The exact amount depends on the rate at the moment your credit card is charged.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated on our site. After you add a product to the shopping cart you can use the shipping calculator that is displayed at the shopping cart page. Shipping is based on the total weight of your order.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

In most cases you won't have to pay any customs duties. Most countries have a certain minimum value on which you don't pay duties. Bigger orders are usually send in more than one parcel (for instance chairs are usually packed by one or two). Each box is handled as an individual parcel. If you have any doubt about your specific country please contact your local customs office.

Product Return and Cancellation of Orders

Please note that with the exception of the product return and canceling situations mentioned below, it will not be possible to cancel orders after they have been placed.

- If there is a mistake in the order content, or if you wish to cancel your order, you should send us an email at to inform us of the situation within 12 hours of receiving our order confirmation. If we do not receive any contact from you we will assume that the order has been confirmed and will begin arrangements for shipment. Please be sure to mention your order number.

- If you wish to return the products after they have been delivered to you, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please be sure to mention your order number. Note that product return will not be possible after more than 7 days have passed. Further, please take care of the following situations, where product return will not be possible even if you contact us within the 7-day period:

(1) Products that have been removed from their packaging and used by customers (except in the situation in which a product defect has been determined to have occurred after use.)

(2) Products that have been scratched or damaged after delivery to the customer.

Please note that after the products have been sent out and received by the customer, the delivery cost for returning or exchanging products at the request of the customer will be borne by the customer.

For products that are returned, if the packaging has been opened, a box fee may be charged even if the product has not been used.
